Setting Goals.
I think I will post a starting photo soon, something I have never done. I need the motivation for extending my healthy lifestyle. I need to go grocery shopping and buy lots of yummy healthy foods too and I also think I am going to start making green juices!
My Goals this week are:
Get up every morning before 8am
Go to sleep before 12am (If possible)
Practice yoga at least 3 times this week
Go to the gym and do classes, cardio and weights at least twice
Study hard!!!!
